2. Non-Refundable Services

• Custom web design and development after the design approval and initial deposit have been made.
• Work completed as per client’s request and agreed upon during the project scope discussion.
• Services rendered where the client has delayed the project for an extended period, resulting in changes in scope, timelines, or deliverables.
